Meet Ronald Hartman

Ronald has spent the last 45 years working at Caterpillar Inc., John Deere, and Ford Motor Company. His career included Product Design, Development & Manufacturing across diverse global engineering, program management, product planning, and factory management. Ronald is known for developing and utilizing collaborative relationships to achieve results and meet budget requirements. He is a seasoned leader well versed in developing, coaching, mentoring, and motivating high-performance team members. Ronald is ready to put his skills to use serving the Kootenai County Community.
